uninstall webroot safe mode
Under Webroot SecureAnywhere, open the Tools folder, then click Uninstall Webroot. Have no physical access to the pc as we are all at home but can remote with admin rights.
I have attempted Three pc’s so far and no successes and all acted this same way.

Tried even with a admin cmd line console. Click the Site name to display the Groups for the Site, then click the Group that contains the endpoint (s) you want to uninstall.
Using “C:\Program Files (x86)\Webroot\WRSA.exe" –uninstall. Once you have re-checked the correct options, try uninstalling Webroot from the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs option, or from Start > All Programs > Webroot SecureAnywhere > Tools > Uninstall Webroot. Occasionally this option is not there.
I tried "C:Program Files (x86)WebrootWRSA.exe" –uninstall" and it says "are you sure you want to uninstall" and I say yes, then it says it's being managed by the central console and I have to make the changes there.
