Bitdefender Gravity Zone. I have used Webroot for quite sometime and have been somewhat content with the service. We have as much alerting turned on as we can and it will just plain out block an app from running or from writing to a directory w/o any type of warning. That stopped working when ransomware became a thing. We are currently in the process of switching to Sophos.
We had so many issues with the product in the past, which is OK but we always heard it from our end users first. We moved to it from Sophos and I will say that it does seem to block more items than Sophos did.

I've never seen a demo on it, so nothing to compare, but did discover about 10 days ago that registry infections that get cleaned are not logged in the secure anywhere console.

Everyone's always going to say XYZ AV sucks because XYZ got through an infected a machine. This is a major defect in my book, but according to support, it is by design.
We just had clients hit with Mr Dec malware and web root did absolutely nothing to stop it.
I've brought this feedback to them and I keep hearing they are working on it, but, nothing ever seems to happen. Webroot, MBAM, Opendns, and a good spam filter go a long way. That alone takes it off the table for me. :facepalm: I’m happy with Trend micro worry free services. Windows Defender is so spot-on, I cannot even benchmark antivirus software anymore. Infact today I saw it myself lazily let in some malware and I had to run it for it to remove it.
There is absolutely no AV solution that will protect you from every threat, so you overlap it with things like your firewall and spam filters. Webroot is included with Continuum for free on desktops so we went with Webroot and took the money we saved and put it into OpenDNS/Cisco Umbrella. Nope. How do you centrally manage windows defender though?
