Our three-day orientation program consists of organisational, program and local area orientation, designed to be both fun and informative, giving you the opportunity to get to know other Graduates, members of the nursing education team and the clinical areas of the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Who have completed a Bachelor of Nursing Program or equivalent no earlier than 1st June 2020, 2. We never send any graduate to an area that they have ranked in the lower half of preference lists. We also encourage our graduates to experience nursing in specialty areas such as intensive care, recovery, peri-operative cardiac catheter laboratory and midwifery.
