This is a great 24 hour, key card gym where you can be alone usually after 10pm - 6am on the weekday and usually dead throughout the weekends except maybe 9am - 2pm. Nice friendly staff , lots of weights to choose from . It's clean and there are even 1.25 pound weights available for odd weight barbell sets.
Cj keeps it very clean every day and they have great coaches as well. Everyone who works out there is very laid back so there's no "pressure" like you might experience at another gym.
