A caving expedition goes horribly wrong, as the explorers become trapped and ultimately pursued by a strange breed of predators. As the others help Holly, Sarah wanders off and observes a pale, humanoid creature drinking at a pool. Set pieces were reused with care, and filmmakers sought to limit lighting to the sources that the characters bring with them into the cave, such as the helmet lights. What's interesting is that as soon as Juno reunites with the main group, she makes a big show about she won't leave without Sarah who is missing.
