I didn't end up reading the short essays for each of the various feelings that the poems were paired with, but I did read the poems. I do wish there were some more variance in poets, but a solid 3.5 for me. I recommend it for everyone who loves poetry but has also experienced the various human emotions and also for those who have experienced mental health issues. It is amazing how each poem so perfectly remedies each condition. Don’t get me wrong I wrote a little star next to the ones that spoke to me but I thought I would like more of the poems than I actually did.
