Never heard of Tom Oliver before but quite impressed - glass bottle, so recyclable, vegan friendly pills, etc etc. I have been through many brands and ended up throwing them away after a few days as the strong artificial sweetner taste. The thing that jumps out most about this product is that it's quite pricey compared to some of the generic options out there in supermarkets and so on. I was interested to see how the Tom Oliver Nutrition brand compared with other tablets I have taken and these high-strength ones contain eight B group vitamins with the full list illustrated, with quantities and %NRV, on the Amazon product page - most of the B vitamins included in this formula meet or exceed 100% of your NRV. I had not tried the Tom Oliver Nutrition brand before but a click on their link on this Amazon product page shows some other related items and there are some I will probably try myself in the future – recommended. Whilst I like the glass-jar approach as it’s perhaps more eco-friendly than plastic (I don’t know that) I wonder if there are other ways that could be considered too? It mixes well - no lumpy residue. These B-complex vitamins are in the same size glass jar as the other Tom Oliver Nutrition product I’ve tried, yet the pills are a fair bit smaller in size and so take up much less room in the jar - making it seem a little wasteful to use such a big jar. Super quick delivery, incredibly helpful when I changed my mind on flavour and re-ordered the Vanilla. By far my favourite on the market!
