I've developed both personal and professional relationships here. Equinox Sports Club New York is a Yelp advertiser. Everything is on point and they deliver what they claim. What an explanation. They removed lush carpeting with cheap flooring when I asked why they were changing ground floor lobby they stated we are Equinox and that was Reebok. The morning vs evening crowd will also be different.- The classes pressure you to keep up with everyone else, which is counterproductive and makes you prone to injury and exhaustion. They make it impossible to cancel contract. Peaceful.There's a place to hang your coat, beverages, fruit, an updated newspaper (NYT), sauna, a TV area tucked aside separately, plenty of seating and vanity mirrors.

Great spa. Recently I had to tell Mr.Jackson about other club policies (UES). Equinox removed some of the benefits that Reebok had in place like exclusive classes for executive members, but since I never experienced them, I guess I won't miss them. The amenities are new, reasonably clean and well-maintained. Gross !!! Lol. I came to the front desk and asked if I can just quickly show my parents the facilities and was RUDELY told that is not allowed and I would need to use a guest pass. Mainly it can be brought down to simply poor management. It's very worth it. Huge spacious and clean workout rooms with motivating classes.

No one will judge you, and the Equinox staff will certainly treat you like royalty. Aside from all of that, I joined Equinox for its networking value.
