I don't know how they keep making these types of movies in the cinema. While you sense the constraints of the budget at times, with piss poor CGI, the film gets you invested in its characters deeply and this is largely due to great performances by Gerard Butler and Morena Baccarin.
While the quality of the FX seem to vary, there appear to be some pretty big disaster sequences amidst the ‘people be crazy during disasters’ drama. Greenland was initially due June 12, but like all movie release dates lately that may well change.
