In 1998 he graduated from Tashkent State Technical University.

In 2007 he graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics.

Specialty: management - economy of the economics.

Since 2009 to the present, he is the founder of the company.

In 2011, together with Chinese partners, he developed a project and opened a synthetic fiber plant at the company.
